Located on a 70+ acre farm owned by the Daniel Boone Jaycees about a mile east of downtown Morehead, the Morehead Old Time Music Festival is an unique display of the diverse culture in this region of the Appalachian Mountains. So come celebrate Old Time music in the heart of the Daniel Boone National Forest and don't forget your instruments because there will be a lot of jamming.

Featuring

Renowned fiddlers and field recorders/archivists, Bruce Greene and John Harrod will present a symposium on their field recording days, the fiddlers they met, what they learned about KY history and culture in the process, and teach the tunes they learned.
